STAY 7 MAPO

This is an officetel (businesses on the lower floors, apartments above) on my street.
I wonder what "Stay 7 Mapo" means. Mapo is the name of this particular part of Seoul, but the "Stay 7" has me confused. Anybody?

    Stay7 is the name of a chain of "officetels" in Seoul hence Stay7 Mapo refers to the Stay7 located in Mapo.
